Paintings

Many paintings in the Palace consist of original impressionist floral paintings from the late 19th century and the early 20th century. There are also reproductions of historical paintings. One of them is a painting of “Signing of the Constitution of the United States” by Howard Chandler Christy. Others include original paintings of the US capitol building and the Lincoln Memorial. There are also reproductions by students of the impressionist painters from Giverny, France, of famous paintings by Claude Monet.

Replicas of famous Greek Parthenon freezes, inlay paintings on Egyptian offerings, Afghan Bushkashi paintings, and Arabic paintings are also on display in the Palace.
